A solicitor is looking for help with a new venture seeking to assist survivors of human trafficking, modern slavery, domestic-abuse and victims of ethnic, political and religious persecution.
Jennifer Matthew, a senior solicitor in the dispute resolution team at MacRoberts in Edinburgh and vice-chair of new charity, Life after Liberation, is looking for supporters for her work with founder and chair, Naomi Bellshaw.
Life after Liberation aims to help survivors and victims move on with their lives by providing financial assistance for further education in Scotland. Applications are by referral by organisations which help survivors re-integrate into society.
