Incapacity, vulnerable clients and legal rights on the agenda at next week’s Elder Client Conference

A very comprehensive programme will be presented at CLT Scotland’s Elder Client Conference taking place exclusively in-person on Tuesday 7 March at the Hilton Glasgow.

Sponsored by Title Research, the conference will be chaired by Blackadders’ John Kerrigan and will include topics ranging from tax planning, legal rights, the impact of the Scott Report and contentious executries to dealing with vulnerable clients, domicile and the correct distribution of intestate estates.
