Gillespie Macandrew promotes trio to legal director roles
Gillespie Macandrew has promoted three associates to legal director as part of the firm’s continuing expansion.Eilidh Adams and Lianne Lodge, are appointed to legal directors in the 27 strong private client team headed by partner Elspeth Paget.They advise clients on asset protection, succession planning including drafting wills, tax planning, guardianship orders and powers of attorney.
Ms Lodge is also head of the charities and third sector team and specialises in charity law, good governance, amalgamations, reorganisation and windups and OSCR inquiries.
Gillian Wright is appointed as a legal director in the firm’s residential property team (formerly known as Hunters Residential) headed by partner Willie Hunter.
Ms Wright oversees the firm’s residential conveyancing team on transactions both in Edinburgh and across Scotland, acting for individuals and corporate clients.
