Further recognition for AM Advocates in Chambers rankings

Arnot Manderson Advocates is delighted to report the remarkable achievement of 23 individual rankings including eight in Band 1 across 13 wide ranging practice areas in the latest announced Chambers and Partners listings. 

As well as the haul of individual rankings Arnot Manderson has achieved stable wide recognition in Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Family/Matrimonial.

Leading the way with a remarkable four rankings are Duncan Hamilton KC and new silk David Turner KC. Duncan again features in the Administrative & Public Law, Personal Injury, Public & Fatal Accident Inquiries (Band 1) and Media Law (Band 1) categories. Meanwhile David has picked up rankings in Commercial Dispute Resolution, Company, Private Client and Real Estate Litigation. Also on the senior side Iain Mitchell KC takes two rankings in Intellectual Property and IT Band 1.

In the Family Law field, the stable continues to go from strength to strength and once again boasts rankings in the Matrimonial Finance and Children categories. Head of the stable’s Family Law Group, Marie Clark KC is ranked as a new silk and contributes to a stable ranking for Family/Matrimonial. Meanwhile Arnot Manderson stable director Nicola Gilchrist is recognised in the Family: Children category alongside highly rated Up and Coming junior Sarah Trainer.

Colin MacAulay KC retains the well-deserved ranking of Senior Statesperson in the Clinical Negligence department. Joining Colin MacAulay KC in this category are the well respected Arabella Tait and Nick Gardiner, with both these experienced juniors also being ranked in the field of Personal Injury. Alongside them in a particularly strong PI showing are seniors Laura Thomson KC, Duncan Hamilton KC and Faculty Office Bearer Neil Mackenzie KC.

Another area of strength for the stable is Public & Fatal Accident Inquiries where Laura Thomson KC was ranked alongside Duncan Hamilton KC with both rated Band 1.

The stable continues to collect rankings in a varied set of practice areas. Typifying this across-the-board strength are rankings for Hugh Olson in the Employment section and for Head of the stable’s Commercial Practice Grouping, Fergus Whyte alongside David Turner KC in the Commercial Dispute Resolution category.
