Many of the Fraser & Mulligan partners, solicitors and support staff have transferred over to Mackinnons, which will provide continuity of service to the Fraser & Mulligan existing clients. The firm’s office in Ballater remains open for business as usual.

This year marks the 180th anniversary of Mackinnons, which merged with Iain Smith Solicitors in 2019.

Speaking of the merger, senior partner, Pat Gray said: “Decisions such as these are not taken lightly, but we welcome the many new clients that this merger will introduce to our firm.
