Flood risk explored at Friday’s Commercial Property Conference

Neil Collar of Brodies and Michael Stewart from Kaya Consulting will deliver a joint presentation on the challenges of flood risk at CLT Scotland’s Commercial Property Conference taking place online on Friday 20 June.
As flood risk continues to concern property occupiers and developers, the technical issues, the law, planning policy and procedures, will all be examined.
Chaired by Professor Kenneth C Ross from Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park Authority, the conference will include contributions from Alan McMillan of Burness Paull, Ken Gerber from Mitchells Roberton, Amir Ismail of Holmes Mackillop, Susan Williams from the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission and the Local Government Consultant, Andrew Ferguson.
