The judge ruled the parents’ decision to name their child after the chocolate and hazelnut spread was against its interest and would lead to ridicule.

In its decision, the court stated: “The name ‘Nutella’ given to the child is the trade name of a spread.

“And it is contrary to the child’s interest to be wearing a name like that can only lead to teasing or disparaging thoughts.”

After the parents failed to appear in court the judge renamed the baby “Ella”.

Two men have been arrested in Houston, Texas after they were accused of stealing an iPad and taking selfies with it in which they brandished money they are also accused of stealing.

The pair are accused of stealing the tablet and thousands of dollar’s from someone’s truck this month.

After the property was stolen, the victim noticed new photos on his iCloud account of men holding $100 bill and making stupid faces (pictured).

Some items were dumped behind a Starbucks but the victim believes his tablet connected to the internet via the coffee shop’s Wi-Fi.
