Rutland Court, Edinburgh, EH3 8EY

On 25 May 2018, all data controllers and data processors will have to comply with the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Failure to do so could result in significant financial penalties.

A new EU ePrivacy Regulation is also due to come into effect on that date, replacing the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.

With 365 days to go until the GDPR and the ePrivacy Regulation come into effect, we are hosting a seminar to help organisations to prepare for the changes.

This seminar will be an opportunity for you to learn more about the GDPR and the ePrivacy Regulation, to help prepare for implementation of the new laws, to provide an opportunity to discuss issues with a range of other professionals and to ask questions of Anderson Strathern’s expert panel.
