Edward Targowski KC has been appointed as a justice of the Supreme Court of Tonga following 50 years of practice at the Scottish bar.
Mr Targowski called to the bar in 1975 and was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1989. His early career took him to the Seychelles between 1983 and 1985 where he held the position of senior magistrate and coroner on the islands.
His contributions span a wide range of roles, including senior advocate depute, temporary sheriff, and chairman of multiple tribunals.
