DUAL Asset Underwriting nominated for innovation award

DUAL Asset Underwriting Limited has been nominated for the Innovation in Practice accolade at 2018 Scottish Legal Awards.

Dual Asset has received the nomination in recognition of its online platform: my defective title shop.com.

Its innovative and user friendly portal allows Scottish conveyancers the ability to obtain quotes, drafts and issued policies for over 40 different title defects at a few clicks of the mouse.

Kirstin Nee, senior underwriter at DUAL Asset, said the firm is over the moon and glad that they could produce something that makes the Scottish conveyancers life, hopefully, that little bit easier.
