Dentons reports record £336m revenue in UK, Ireland and Middle East
Paul Jarvis
Dentons’ UK, Ireland and Middle East (UKIME) Region has reported record revenues of £336 million for the financial year ended 30 April 2026, representing 10 per cent year-on-year revenue growth. This includes Scotland where Dentons has offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Since becoming UK, Ireland and Middle East CEO in 2021, Paul Jarvis has led the firm’s five-year strategy, focused on deepening client relationships and positioning itself as a preferred adviser to large businesses with complex legal needs across multiple geographies.
Under his leadership, revenues across the UK, Ireland and Middle East region have grown by more than 50 per cent.
All UK practice groups recorded revenue growth, with standout performances from:
- Banking – up 23 per cent
- Regulatory and Investigations – up 25 per cent
- Restructuring – up 33 per cent
Mr Jarvis commented: “We’ve been more intentional about building deeper relationships with sophisticated clients and are now winning work that would have felt ambitious five years ago.
“Dentons has the largest global presence of any law firm, which allows us to combine deep local knowledge with global coordination to help businesses execute complex, cross-border work at speed. Our revenue growth is driven by winning a greater share of these complex multi-jurisdictional mandates.”
He added: “We’ve invested heavily in areas such as Regulatory and Investigations and Restructuring because clients tell us they expect an increasingly complex operating environment, with issues spanning jurisdictions, regulators and business functions. Our investments in these areas are now delivering strong growth.”
Middle East revenues increased by six per cent, despite a challenging final quarter shaped by regional instability.
Mr Jarvis, who is based in Abu Dhabi, said: “The resilience of our Middle East business has been particularly encouraging given the geopolitical backdrop. The region has been an important part of our business for many decades, and clients have valued both our advice and our continued presence alongside them throughout this period.”
