She studied law at the University of Glasgow and spent part of her degree studying at the University at Buffalo, New York. She joined Dentons in 2010 as a trainee and qualified into the construction team in 2012.

Mr McLennan qualified as a solicitor in Scotland in 2010 and joined Dentons in 2014. He studied law at the University of Glasgow and subsequently at the University of Cambridge. His experience covers a wide breadth of funds and investment work. He has acted on numerous primary and secondary fund structurings and re-structurings, co-investments and listing transactions, with particular experience in the private equity sector and fund regulation.

Claire Armstrong, Dentons Scotland managing partner, said: “I’d like to congratulate our three new partners in Scotland on their well-deserved promotions.

“These latest promotions reflect the success of our senior development programme which helps high-performing senior associates bridge the gap to partnership with coaching on inspirational and inclusive leadership, financial management, business development, innovation, legal project management, resilience and wellbeing.

“It’s fantastic to see that the Programme has delivered another outstanding group of up-and-coming lawyers to the partnership, especially in a year where we celebrate our 150th anniversary in Scotland.”
