Dentons appoints construction partner Gordon Anderson in Glasgow

Dentons has appointed Gordon Anderson as a construction partner in its projects practice in Glasgow.

Mr Anderson joins from Addleshaw Goddard, where he was a partner, to lead Dentons’ non-contentious UK construction practice, which is strategically important and a key business driver for the firm’s projects and real estate groups and the wider firm.

Mr Anderson is a non-contentious construction specialist with 20 years’ experience of advising on infrastructure, mixed-use development and regeneration projects.

His work includes procurement strategies, development and funding agreements, pre-construction services agreements, construction contracts, consultancy agreements and warranties.

His clients include leading international asset managers and investment companies with interests in mixed-use property development, super-prime real estate developers, retirement and build to rent accommodation providers.

Notable Dentons’ UKIME Projects mandates include advising global investment firms on the construction, acquisition and project financing of landmark retail assets, national and regional-scale logistics centres and significant energy and infrastructure projects, in the UK and internationally.
