Dentons advises Connected Kerb on acquisition of on-street charging technology

Dentons has advised Connected Kerb, a provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, on its acquisition of the Flat & Flush on-street charging technology from Trojan Energy.

Connected Kerb’s acquisition of the Flat & Flush technology strengthens its ability to deliver space-efficient charging infrastructure that meets the needs of councils and commercial partners.
