Current drafting challenges to be considered at next month’s Contract Conference

The contemporary challenges that contract draftsmen need to overcome will be the key theme at CLT Scotland’s Contract Conference taking place exclusively in-person on Monday 6 March at the Hilton Glasgow.

Chaired by Brandon Malone, the conference will include topics ranging from limiting liability and drafting effective dispute resolution clauses to unforeseen events, enforcement of judgments worldwide and moveable transactions.

Brandon will be joined on the speaking panel by Fiona Caldow of Dentons, Michael Clancy from The Law Society of Scotland, BTO’s Alastair Dunn, Michael Upton from Themis Advocates and Timothy Young of Ampersand Advocates.
