In Friday’s edition of SLN we reported on the case of KW v HMA in which defence counsel was referred to as “L Kennedy” in the official decision.
The Supreme Courts have now amended the decision to indicate counsel’s full name, which is Lewis K Kennedy – not to be confused with Laurence C Kennedy.
