Project Title: The Europeanisation of International Private Law – Implications of Brexit for Children and Families in Scotland
The Ph.D. will examine the Europeanisation of international family law rules in Scotland, and will assess the legal consequences and implications for children and families living in Scotland of the UK’s withdrawal from the European Union.
