A frustrated motorist who leaned out of his window and shot a traffic camera with a slingshot has been arrested.
Footage recovered from the camera shows a man leaning out of his van and shattering the camera lens with a small projectile.
The man, identified only as Li, told cops in Shanghai that he lost his temper after waiting too long for the traffic lights to change.
He was arrested and his slingshot was confiscated.
