Regular client Sergey Voronov said: “Once you get inside you get met by a girl with big breasts who offers you a cup of coffee and flirts with you.

“The lights are turned down and they then start to talk about what services they can offer.

“They do pedicures and manicures as well as the haircuts. The longer you end up sitting there the more you pay.”

The salon’s manager refuted claims they were running a brothel and said the hairdressers do not offer sexual services.

However, in his footage the police officer is given the option of booking the same girl for another haircut – albeit for £400.
