Young couples are increasingly asking lawyers to write social media clauses into their pre-nuptial agreements.
Family law firm Fields and Dennis, based in the US city of Boston, said young couples are worried about their online reputations in the event of a divorce.
Attorney Jonathan Fields said: “They don’t want the one person to say nasty things about the other person.”
However, the enforceability of such clauses in the US, where the First Amendment protects free speech, is questionable, The Times reports.
