And finally… police academy

A British police officer was rescued by firefighters after he got his hands stuck in his own handcuffs.

The core training sergeant for Northamptonshire’s police force, Scott Renwick, admitted in a tweet that he got stuck in the broken handcuffs and had to be rescued by the local fire service.

The fire crew also tweeted about the incident saying that the officer was released using pedal cutters.

Sergeant Renwick walked himself to the local fire station to get assistance and was reported by CNN as saying “if I put a smile on a single face during these difficult times my job is done.”
