And finally… lawyer moonlights as Disney princess
A trainee solicitor at a personal injury law firm has revealed she moonlights as a character from Disney blockbuster Frozen.
Lucy Broughton, a trainee at Manchester firm Graham Coffey & Co, performs at weekends for children as “Elsa” – the main character in the film.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror, Ms Broughton, a graduate of Leeds university and the University of Law, said she was “living the dream”.
The self-confessed Disney addict said a friend told her she looked like cartoon character Elsa.
She said: “A friend commented I look a bit like Elsa,“and I wondered if there was something I could do with it.
“I realised I wanted to carry on being a lawyer. I had trained for years and spent a lot of money.
“But I also wanted to be Elsa.”
After signing on with a children’s party organiser she was “given training to become a princess”.
Ms Broughton said: “Frozen is currently my favourite film!
“I am very proud of my unrivalled Disney general knowledge, which I sometimes get to showcase at pub quizzes.”
She added she is “a trained ballet dancer, aerial hoop artist and gymnast — a performer from being very small! (or show off as my mum would say)”.
