A suspected phone thief has been arrested after police allegedly found more than 30 mobile phones in his cycle shorts.
Police recovered the phones after blocking the exits at a rock concert when dozens of people reported lost phones.
Extra police had been deployed at the Sum 41 concert in Amsterdam-Zuidoost after Belgian police tipped off their Dutch colleagues about 50 mobile phones stolen at the band’s concert in Antwerp.
The 34-year-old suspect allegedly had all 30 mobile phones stuffed into his cycle shorts, the BBC reports.
