He is accused of waiting until the staff had gone home and locked up for the night before feasting on six geese, three ducks, 13 pounds of goose fat and liver as well as a one-gallon jar of pickles.

The Prague Post reports he ate £525 worth of food not to mention several bottles of wine.

However, still peckish, the man is said to have wrapped up some cans of beer and a strawberry cake in case he got hunger pangs on the way home.

He is also accused of pilfering some chef whites and raiding the staff lockers.

But luckily he was caught by a cleaner and now faces up to two years in jail.
