And finally… got the bullet

A self-styled healer has been shot dead by a sceptical client who wanted to test out his magic “bullet-repelling” charms.

According to reports, the healer encouraged his buyer to shoot at him while wearing the alleged protective charms around his neck.

However, the bullet indeed struck, killing him immediately.

The shooter, Chukwudi Ijezie, has since been arrested and is under investigation for the murder of healer Chinaka Adoezuwe.

Commenting on the bizarre case, Andrew Enwerem, spokesperson for police officers in Isiala Mbano, Imo State, Nigeria, told Punch magazine: “The suspect is in our custody. It is a case of murder.”
