Aberdeen Law Project wins roof repair settlement
Robert Johnson
The Aberdeen Law Project (ALP) has obtained a four-figure settlement for a client over faulty roof repairs.
Prior to ALP’s engagement in the matter, the client’s roof had been damaged and encroached upon by works commissioned by a third-party. Lead adviser Robert Johnson and the team at ALP guided the client through the process of seeking compensation.
After almost two years of negotiations, ALP managed to secure a settlement from the other party’s insurers and arrange for the roof to be repaired and the encroachment removed at no cost.
The client said: “I’m most satisfied with the outcome and can’t thank Robert and the ALP team enough. I found the service immensely valuable, and it was all done with great professionalism. It was a struggle for me dealing with the situation in the beginning and ALP agreeing to help gave me so much relief from having to deal with the issue myself.”
Mr Johnson said: “I’m thrilled that after a long process, ALP has obtained a settlement payment for this client. I would like to thank everyone at the ALP who helped to bring this case to a successful conclusion. ALP is committed to securing results for their clients, even through multi-year disputes.”
