The in-depth implications of the Brexit negotiations for Scottish lawyers will be the subject of an important seminar to be held in Edinburgh on Monday 26 March.

Sponsored by Scottish Legal News, the event will look at the ways in which the current and future legislative frameworks in Scotland are likely to be affected by whatever final arrangements are reached between the UK and the EU.

There will be a special focus on what Brexit will mean for family law, environmental law, and consumer law in Scotland, as well as the impact of the EU (Withdrawal) Bill which is now near the end of its passage through the UK Parliament.

Seminar speakers include top QCs James Mure and Kenneth Campbell, advocate Peter Sellar, family law expert Rachel Kelsey, and Annalisa Savaresi, environmental law lecturer at Stirling University.
