Dundee lawyer Derek Petrie moves to Thorntons Solicitors

With more than 21 years’ experience in the profession, Mr Petrie brings has a particular interest in acting for housebuilders and dealing with all aspects of new development work.

He first became a partner in 2001 at Shield & Kyd in Dundee before it merged with Lindsays in 2012. He remained there as a partner until early 2018.

Mr Petrie said: “I am looking forward to getting started at Thorntons and bringing my experience to clients, both old and new, in my role.”
