Derek Couper joins Morton Fraser’s medical negligence team

Mr Couper who has a breadth of experience in dealing with medical negligence cases and also specialises in birth injury and fatal cases is joining Morton Fraser from the medical negligence team at Shoosmiths LLP.

His appointment means the team at Morton Fraser will be looking to assist more clients seeking compensation in this area.

Morton Fraser’s medical negligence team, which is led by two partners, currently handles a full range of cases including misdiagnosis, errors in surgical procedures, orthopaedic injury and elderly care.
