Cameron Intellectual Property has acquired and relocated its headquarters to new premises in Glasgow city centre.

The patent, trade mark and design attorney has moved into the 2000 sq ft office at Moncrieff House on West Nile Street as it forges ahead with expansion plans.

Working across a diverse range of business sectors, its team also includes director and shareholder Steven McIlroy, as well as experienced trade mark attorney Meena Murrin, who recently joined the firm to head-up its trade mark practice.

Founder Stewart Cameron believes the new office will provide an improved working environment for staff, client meetings and provide a springboard for future growth.

He said: “The business has enjoyed steady and consistent growth over the past seven years as we have developed our client base and met our commitment of providing a first-class service to our clients.

“We have invested heavily in our systems and procedures over the last couple of years and that investment is now bearing fruit.

“The acquisition of our new office heralds the next phase in our aspirations for growth and gives us a dynamic platform to grow our team and meet increasing demand across an extremely buoyant and entrepreneurial market place.”
