Davidson Chalmers announces partner and associate promotions

Gregg Flett

Davidson Chalmers has announced that Greg Flett is to become its 11th partner tomorrow. He joined the firm’s dispute resolution team six years ago and was promoted to associate level in early 2014.

As partner, he will take the lead in the specialist area of contentious construction work, providing advice for clients operating within this sector. He will also continue to manage and develop his commercial litigation practice, where he has gained an excellent reputation for the handling of a wide variety of cases.

The announcement is accompanied by three additional internal promotions. Arveen Arabshahi (corporate), Lisa Graham (commercial property) and Magnus Miller (dispute resolution) all move from their current role of senior solicitor to associate level.

Davidson Chalmers managing partner, Andrew Chalmers, said: “I’m delighted to announce Greg’s promotion to partner and the elevation of our three colleagues to associate. These are all thoroughly deserved reflecting the dedication and commitment they have shown towards clients and colleagues.

“These promotions underline our investment in people and our commitment to providing a clear career path where we nurture and retain talent for the benefit of our clients. As Greg and his colleagues progress their careers within the firm, we are also in the process of recruiting fresh talent to support the on-going growth of our business.”
