Solicitor (Conveyancing)
Falkirk Council is inviting applications from talented, adaptable and enthusiastic solicitors to join our legal services team on a full time permanent basis.
The successful candidate for the post will provide legal services and advice with a particular emphasis on conveyancing and property law. They will also be expected to provide advice and assistance on housing law and regulatory matters such as planning and roads law.
The posts offers an excellent opportunity to combine a fulfilling and challenging role within a supportive team environment whilst gaining or expanding your experience of local government.
You will require to have a degree (LLB) and post graduate diploma (DipLP), or equivalent. You will also require to be entitled to practise law in Scotland.
