Senior Solicitor

Falkirk Council is inviting applications from talented, adaptable and enthusiastic solicitors to join our legal services team on a full time permanent basis.

The successful candidate for the post will, primarily, provide legal advice and assistance on contract and procurement law matters. They will also be expected to provide legal advice and support in freedom of information, data protection and employment law matters.

The post offers excellent opportunities to combine a fulfilling and challenging role within a supportive team environment whilst gaining or expanding your experience of local government.

You will require to have a degree (LLB) and post graduate diploma (DipLP), or equivalent. You will also require to be entitled to practise law in Scotland.
