Brechin is a cathedral city, with a sunny micro-climate, on the North-East coast of Scotland. It has a full range of schools, great independent shops, and a variety of supermarkets. It is within easy distance of the cities of Aberdeen and Dundee. It has lovely river and country walks and a full range of country activities, as well as easy access to several beautiful beaches. It is a busy amateur dramatics hub. It has a state-of-the-art leisure centre, and the famous Brechin City football ground.

Shiells Solicitors and Estate Agents is a long established and thriving two-partner Private Client practice in the centre of Brechin. The bulk of the practice is Conveyancing and Wills, Trusts and Executries. Shiells also has a busy estate agency, and has a staff of eight. There is one other solicitors’ practice in the town, with which the firm enjoys a good relationship.

The partners are advertising for an additional solicitor who is willing and able to be an integral part of the management and continued success of the business. All levels of experience will be considered. There are real partnership prospects, so a willingness to commit to the area is essential.
