Experienced Family Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our growing team based in Southside Glasgow. Our firm has an excellent reputation and this is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to build their own desk within a dynamic and supportive firm that values diversity and provides excellent opportunities for career growth.
Salary commensurate with experience
Responsibilities:
·Managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, children’s arrangements, cohabitation disputes, relocation cases and pre-nuptial agreements
·Providing clients with expert legal advice and guidance throughout the entire family law process
·Drafting legal documents, including court forms, pleadings, and agreements
·Conducting negotiations and representing clients in courts throughout Scotland when required
·Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third-party professionals
·Keeping up-to-date with changes in family law and sharing knowledge with colleagues
Requirements:
·Qualified Solicitor in family law
·Strong technical knowledge of family law and the ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
·Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
-Knowledge of Civil legal aid would be useful
·Demonstrable ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
·Strong business development skills and experience of developing a client base
