We are a highly regarded commercially-focussed firm which has a requirement for two lawyers across its corporate and energy teams.

The roles will be corporate based but with an opportunity for a successful candidate to work with the firm’s prestigious energy team.

Stronachs’ corporate team is renowned for its work in mergers, acquisitions and disposals, private equity investment and supporting the activities of shareholders, management teams and business owners.

Our dedicated team of energy practitioners advises all types of entities from start-ups to listed multinationals. Our work includes advising on M&A in the energy sector, offshore wind, CCUS, hydrogen, joint ventures, development projects, decommissioning and supply chain issues.

The roles will suit lawyers with 0-4 years’ PQE. Experience of corporate and/or energy work is an advantage but not essential and we will

consider candidates who wish to move into these areas of work.

The roles will be based in the firm’s Aberdeen office. The firm operates a flexible working model.

Salary and benefits – negotiable.
