Stewart Solution automatically saves the draft policy and once you have approval from your client and any other parties in the transaction you just need to enter the commencement date and issue the policy for cover to commence.

  • Cover the intended owner and their lenders, tenants, and successors in title
  • Contain automatic 10% inflation cover for each of the first 10 years
  • Provide cover in perpetuity for one single premium
