Thorntons welcomes new addition to corporate team

Thorntons has welcomed Neil McWilliam into its corporate team in Dundee.

Mr McWilliam can advise clients on a full range of corporate work including company and business sales and purchases, investment rounds, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, banking and commercial contacts. He has also has experience in advising businesses on the transition to employee ownership.
