RCCW takes on seven new members of staff

Raeburn Christie Clark and Wallace LLP (RCCW) has recruited seven new members of staff.

At Inverurie, Kim Smart joins from Ledingham Chalmers as associate solicitor and branch principal. With over 10 years’ residential property experience and a wealth of local knowledge.

Recently qualified solicitor Rachael Morrison, who has experience in both residential and rural property, as well as private client law, will support Ms Smart in residential matters, while property consultant Nicola Thomas has an extensive understanding of residential property sales and valuations in and around the north-east.

RCCW’s Banchory branch welcomes Shona Morrison as associate solicitor and branch principal. Ms Morrison has over 30 years’ experience in residential and rural conveyancing together with private client expertise in wills, powers of attorney and continuing welfare issues. Her substantial local knowledge and expertise will enhance the experienced RCCW team based on Deeside.

The residential conveyancing team at the firm’s Ellon branch has been strengthened with the appointment of Andrew Bruce as associate solicitor. He was previously a partner at Masson Glennie in Fraserburgh, and also has experience in commercial work and liquor licensing.

Elsewhere, Grant Mills joins the Union Street Property Shop as a solicitor, specialising in residential conveyancing and will support clients looking to move in the Granite City.
