Marks & Clerk crowned Scottish prosecution firm of the year

Marks & Clerk has been named Scottish prosecution firm of the year at the annual Managing Intellectual Property Awards.

It is the second consecutive year the team have won prosecution firm of the year in Scotland.Aidan Clarke, Chartered (UK) and European Trade Mark Attorney and Partner in Marks & Clerk’s Glasgow office, said: “Being named prosecution firm of the year reflects both the hard work of our team and the vibrancy of the Scottish economy. Scotland is leading the way in everything from food and drink which requires strong trade mark protection, to biotech and pharmaceuticals, where patents are key to protecting research and development.
