Mark Lazarowicz

Terra Firma’s Mark Lazarowicz will be one of the key speakers at a seminar focusing on EU Citizens’ rights in the UK post-Brexit. ‘EU citizens’ rights in the UK after Brexit: the law and the Practice’ will be held at the Augustine United Church on George IV Bridge, Edinburgh on Monday 23rd March.

This seminar is for lawyers and other advisers who need to understand the settled status scheme, and EU citizens’ rights generally. Mark has represented EU citizens in a number of cases involving citizens’ rights issues and he will deliver the opening address: EU citizens’ rights in the UK under the EU-UK Withdrawal Agreement.

The rights of EU citizens in the UK are founded on the ‘Withdrawal Agreement’ agreed between the EU and UK. It also includes other provisions for on citizens’ right issues. Mark will outline those provisions, and consider the rights that EU citizens will have after the end of the transition period.
