APUC tender win for BTO

BTO has been appointed to both the “People and HR Matters” and “Charity” legal service lots of the Advanced Procurement for Universities and Colleges (APUC) legal services framework, for a period of three years until December 2020.
APUC is the procurement centre of expertise for all of Scotland’s universities and colleges.
In a statement the firm said: “This appointment provides BTO with a strong platform on which to further strengthen our firm’s presence in the further and higher education sector, as well as offering our teams the unique opportunity to develop and grow and relationships with both existing and new clients and contacts from a number of educational institutions operating across Scotland.
“This is the first time that BTO has secured a place on the APUC panel, and our experienced teams are pleased to have been recognised by virtue of this appointment as a market leading provider of legal services for the sector.”
