Experts to discuss arbitration agreements in Aberdeen next week

Two lawyers will share their experiences of using arbitration agreements, which increasingly form part of commercial contracts, at Aberdeen University next week.

David Brynmor-Thomas of 39 Essex Chambers and Greg May partner, Brodies Aberdeen, will provide first-hand insights into the realities of arbitration in a commercial context from current expert practitioners and share their experiences of drafting and following through on agreements.

Their respective talks will include lessons learned through experience, together with tips for good drafting and handling of agreements.

The two presentations will last approximately 30 minutes in total, with the opportunity to ask questions afterwards. Following the presentations there will be the opportunity to network and enjoy light refreshments in the Law School’s Old Senate Room.
