So, we need the best person for this role, ensuring they work closely with other SEPA portfolios to help SEPA achieve this world-class excellence. If you think that is you, we’d love to receive your application.
The purpose of this role is to assist the Corporate Solicitor to deliver legal advice for SEPA with particular focus in the areas of employment law, equalities, access to information legislation (including the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004, the Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2015 and the Data Protection Act 1998 and subsequent legislation), records management and general governance.
